At IM Duurzaam, we deliver smart, sustainable installations for clients such as Action stores, Bergman Clinics, retail chains, and office buildings like CBRE Amersfoort. From air handling and heat pumps to plumbing systems, electrical installations, and complete technical rooms, we make sure everything works, and you will be part of that process.
Your role
As a Mechanical Installation Technician, you will work on projects and learn the trade step by step. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that installations are properly installed and continue to perform as intended.
- Install and assemble mechanical systems (including heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on existing installations
- Assist with commissioning new systems
- Identify improvements and contribute to practical solutions
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Report completed work to the Project Manager
In short, you help build installations you can be proud of, while learning something new every day.
About you
You are interested in technology and enjoy working hands-on. You are not afraid to ask questions and are motivated to learn the trade.
- Affinity with technology and a willingness to learn
- A completed MBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or similar is a plus, but not required
- Technical insight and a practical mindset
- Accurate, independent, and a team player
- A valid driver’s license (Category B), or willingness to obtain one
