At IM Duurzaam, we deliver smart, sustainable installations for clients such as Action stores, Bergman Clinics, retail chains, and office buildings like CBRE Amersfoort. From air handling and heat pumps to plumbing systems, electrical installations, and complete technical rooms, we make sure everything works, and you will be part of that process.
Your role
As a Mechanical Service Technician, you are the face of IM Duurzaam for our clients. You ensure that installations continue to perform safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems (including heating, cooling, and ventilation)
- Diagnose and resolve faults for both commercial and residential clients
- Carry out minor modifications and repairs on existing installations
- Advise clients on the use and maintenance of their systems
- Report clearly on completed work and findings
In short, you ensure that the systems we install continue to perform day in, day out.
About you
You value independence in your work while taking responsibility. You enjoy helping clients, solving problems, and completing your work with a sense of satisfaction.
- A completed MBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a service technician in installation engineering
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
- A valid driver’s license (Category B); VCA Basic is a plus
