At IM Duurzaam, we work on smart, sustainable installations for clients such as Action stores, Bergman Clinics, retail chains, and office buildings like CBRE Amersfoort. From air handling and heat pumps to plumbing systems, electrical installations, and complete technical rooms, we make sure everything works. And you will play a key role in that process.
Your role
As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you are the central point of contact between clients, tenants, and technicians. You ensure that service requests and maintenance schedules are planned efficiently and communicated clearly.
- Plan service appointments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with clients and tenants about status and scheduling
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress
- Process service requests in the system and keep records complete and up to date
- Contribute to improving processes and increasing efficiency
