The client’s request;

This installation had been under our maintenance for some time and had reached the end of its technical lifespan.

The client requested a complete system replacement within a limited timeframe, as the hotel-restaurant would be closed for 1.5 weeks in January.

How we supported the client:

Because we were already familiar with the installation through ongoing maintenance, we had clear insight into the existing issues. Based on this, we developed a structured plan:

  • Installation of dynamic radiator valves on all radiators to enable proper hydronic balancing across the hotel and restaurant.
  • Conversion of several underfloor heating manifolds to open systems with mixing setups, preparing the installation for a future heat pump
  • Installation of multiple boilers in cascade for better load distribution
  • Expansion of the domestic hot water system from 600 to 750 liters, including a 90 kW double-separated plate heat exchanger
  • 20% increase in heating capacity for the hot water system
  • Upgrade of the control system to enable weather-compensated operation
  • Installation of a transport pump with smart control
