SAMSUNG 3-Pipe VRF Installation
In short
An office building with 5 floors:
- Samsung 3-pipe VRF system
- 51 indoor units
- 5 outdoor units
- Central control system with remote management

The client’s request
The client approached us with a clear question: could we provide air conditioning across all five floors of the office building?
During the conversation, it became clear that the initial request was focused on cooling, with the goal of providing a comfortable indoor climate for tenants before the summer period.
We advised the client on the possibilities of a 3-pipe VRF system, which not only provides cooling but also allows simultaneous heating and cooling. This offers greater flexibility and improves overall comfort within the building
How we supported the client:
After reviewing the building drawings, we identified that each floor has both a north- and south-facing facade. This creates varying heating and cooling demands throughout the building.
By implementing a 3-pipe system, heat and cooling can be redistributed within each floor, particularly during spring and autumn. Each room can be controlled individually, which reduces temperature differences and minimizes user complaints.
We managed and executed the complete project scope:
- Core drilling
- Fire-rated sealing of all penetrations and piping
- Roof edge safety provisions
- Lifting operations for equipment installation
- Upgrade of the electrical subdistribution board in the technical room
- Opening and closing of suspended ceilings
- Cleaning of all floors after installation
Throughout the project, the client had a single point of contact, ensuring clear coordination and requiring only minimal communication with tenants regarding the scheduled work.
