IM Duurzaam joins Sescom, strengthening its position in the Benelux
IM Duurzaam is now part of the European Sescom Group. Sescom, a provider of technical services for major retail chains across Europe, has acquired a majority stake in IM Duurzaam B.V.
For our clients, one thing remains unchanged: we continue to operate as IM Duurzaam. With the same team, the same no-nonsense approach, and the same focus on high-quality climate systems and electrical engineering, but now with increased capacity.
As part of Sescom, we are now the installation partner for the Netherlands, strengthening our ability to support clients across the Benelux.

- Service Coordinator / Planner (24–40 hours)
Salary: €3.800 – €4.400 (on a full-time basis) - Mechanical Installation Technician (24–40 hours)
Salary: €2.700 – €3.800 (on a full-time basis) - Mechanical Service Technician (24–40 hours)
Salary: €3.000 – €4.600 (on a full-time basis) - Mechanical Project Manager (24–40 hours)
Salary: €5.000 – €6.000 (on a full-time basis) - Lead Mechanical Installation Technician (24–40 hours)
Salary: €4.000 – €4.800 (on a full-time basis)

The transaction was supported by Enterprise Investors, the financial partner behind Sescom. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

While we are now part of the Sescom Group, IM Duurzaam will continue to operate under its own name. The integration will take place step by step, ensuring continuity, quality, and the preservation of our company culture.
